We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges.

This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

1. Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline

We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods and have a further 14 days to return the goods if you wish to cancel. You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the goods, plus the original delivery cost.

If the item arrived damaged or faulty we will cover the return cost of shipping. If you have simply changed your mind then it will be up to you to cover the postage costs.

All items must be returned in original packaging.

2. Acceptable Item Conditions

If the product is damaged or faulty on receipt we will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you. We will require photographic evidence that the item arrived damaged – ideally shown within the packaging it arrived in.

3. Refund and Shipping Charges

Due to the nature of our products, cost of returns postage will not be covered.

Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
